FOOD VENDORS

Interested in being one of 5 vendors to have your yummy food in front of 4000+ attendees from over 160 zip codes? Please fill out the food vendor application below, and if accepted, HKDM will send you an invoice for food sales and any rentals you need.

The majority of attendees are children 12yo and younger. Keep that in mind when picking your food sale options (i.e.: keep it simple, keep it quick). Reminder that HKDM does NOT provide electricity at the event.

The City of Houston requires all food vendors have a temporary health permit. These MUST be submitted to them one week prior to the event so that it can be in the HKDM file in the Mayor's Office of Special Events. 

Booth fees:
Food vendor fee: $65 (includes a tent, table, and 2 chairs)

Extra Rental items (if needed):
Table: $12/each
Chairs: $3/each

Step 2: HKDM will review application and send invoice for booth fee, any rental items and/or food vendor sales fees

Please note that each food vendor will be provided a tent, table, and 2 chairs as part of their booth fee. Extra rental items should be indicated on your application.
